This photo is a perfect example of why it is important to look around before you start taking photos. Decided at the last minute to run up the hill to Trapp's for the sunset. The Scottish Highland herd was in one part of the pasture that was already in the shadows. I noticed this cow off by itself in a different part of the pasture. I think this one of my favorite images I have captured.
